Cannot Select Infernal from start

So I just upgraded to the latest version and patch and everything but when I go to select my Civilization the Infernal are not an option. I had wanted to try to play them but I cannot. Any idea on why this would be happening and what I could do to fix it?

It's by design... You cannot start the game as the Infernals without using a modmod (like Rise from Erebus).

You must instead start a regular game, convert to the Ashen Veil religion (when it is founded, of course), and then research the Infernal Pact technology. This will summon the Infernals into the game and give you an option to switch to them and abandon your current civilization.

Even using RifE, to start as the Infernals requires using an option as it was not intended to be used (game option allowing you to configure which civs can be played by the AI, letting you exclude some while keeping the exact civs in game random), and you will not gain manes, peace with demons, and many other unique mechanics until Infernal Pact has been researched.
