Can't Add CS into a map in CIV 6 World Builder

I am trying to add CS into a map that I made in the CIV 6 world builder but when I open the Player Editor and attempt to add in more than 7 players, the world builder usually crashes or will not allow me to make further changes in the Player Editor if I were to close and reopen it. Additionally when I do reopen the player editor it seems to delete any players that I added which are in positions greater than 7 (i.e. players 8,9,10 etc are deleted but players 1-7 remain). Does anybody know a work around for this?

I'm having the same problem. For some reason the window for the player options doesn't look the same as some others that posted videos.
