Update Statius: The official update deadline has been altered for the final time. January 5 is the new deadline for the orders, to allow the ending of the holiday season and school to start up for me. The update will arrive on schedule as I ease back into moderating this NES.
The Following NPCs are interested in signing the treaty proposed by the Empire of Holy Spain: Austria, Bavaria, Brittany, Dauphine, Denmark, Flanders, Hanover, Languedoc, Naples, Papal States, Poitou, Provence, Sardinia, Serbia, Switzerland, Tuscany
@Double A: Sorry, forgot about your troops in the update. In other words, those damn racist frogs didn't want to include your valiant Poles in the glory

To:
The Northern League
From: Hanover
Though we are greatful we did not have to fight to achieve our freedom, we are more than capable to do so if the need arises. We are still prepared to defend ourselves if a new war erupts, but our entry into the Northern League was contingent upon Denmark and the Netherlands' membership as well. We have no interest in remaining in the League if it does not include those two powers.
To:
Poland
From: Denmark
We are men of honor and have signed a treaty with the Republic of the Netherlands regarding New Guinea. Our decision to withdraw from the Northern League is final, though we hope to at least retain some amicable relations with all involved, within and without the League.
To:
Brandenburg
From: Hanover
We have made great strides towards rebuilding a relationship over the past few years, and we hope that withdrawing from the League does not plunge both of our nations into a war. We have no doubt that you will regret a path of violence if that is what you choose for us all. If need be, we are willing to continue the economic policies and statuses put in place from the League between our two nations, including lowered tariffs and taxes upon commerce.
To:
Hungary
From: Tuscany
We have no interest in allowing free reign of foreign troops for an indefinite period in our lands. We are willing to sign a defensive pact, but otherwise, we have no interest in Hungarian troops upon our soil.
To:
Those Concerned in the Panama Crisis
From: The Republic of New Granada
We have only sought to establish our own such claims into any possible plebiscite which takes place in Panama. We have rightful claims over Panama, and only the actions of a vocal minority and foreign sabotage led to the withdrawal of our leadership. We are more than willing to stand down should Panama agree to a vote, with reunification on the ballot.
To:
Those Concerned in the Panama Crisis
From: Panama
In wake of recent events, we will agree to a plebiscite only if the navies and armies of those destroying the peace in the region withdrawal from their positions. We will agree to a vote that includes all options proposed by New Spain to this date.
