Great news: The files are complete, and ready. I am going to post them tonight, as I am leaving shortly. The things missing: A leaderhead for Great Britannia (Dumanios) and Prussia (Farsight), which I could not get working. Farsight, can you choose another LH? For now, those two are default England and Germany.
