Yeah, I'm a Civ IV player, say this, said "Eh, why not port my nation from the Civ 4 equilivent to this", and boom. I really have no idea on the condition of the Civ III modding community, but the lack of a Churchill LH is a little jarring. No one made a WWII mod with custom leaderheads?
