It's the name of the apartment that branch, DrMo and I agreed to. You can change it if you want, once you have decided to move it.

The options are as follows:

- If the apartment is moved and Lakecosmo agrees to having it, DrMo will only foot the construction bill of 100,000 geld to me and Skwink will pay the movement cost also of 100,000 to me. I was thinking of charging DrMo 150,000 geld and Skwink would not pay anything for the movement. This option may need to be discussed further.

- If the apartment is not moved and Lakecosmo does not want it, DrMo will foot the construction and destruction bill of 300,000 geld. Sunrise Hills can keep the materials.

- (Unlikely) If Matt uses his imagination and realises that SunriseHills will need to accomodate visitors/tourists from the port and decides to provide an exemption to my apartment, DrMo will only pay 200,000 geld to me.

These aren't the final options and I'm open for negotiations from Sunrise Hills, but I won't tolerate losing my apartment for nothing.

We have a Inn already, one which does not seek to destroy the immersion of the town in every way possible. I'm done with this issue. I'll be nuking the entire facility in 2 days if its not removed.
 
Dig out the foundation (so the building is in open air) and remove all chests, craft tables, furnaces, and drain the pool, and I will be able to move it.

Edit: server upgraded and back online

Edit2: The latest mcMMO seems to be incompatible with our database. I've temporarily disabled it until I can figure out how to fix it, or find some sort of replacement.

um so sendos why would i pay you if its moved and skwink the dimmensions of the apartment are like 18x18 or somewhere around there and i would like to add a garden to it
matt i will move it tonight (ill either take it down by hand or move it to cosmo if skwink wants it)
ok and the sendos i A. already payed you 100k for your work (while you were building it) and B. i payed for/mined/made all the materials for it
so i dont think ill pay you anymore unless it has to be taken down
@ skwink please please take it i dont want to have to take it down and pay sendos a ton of money oh and the offers changed ill move it for free (ill pay for the cost to claim the land) or you claim the land and we give you a 5% royalty

ok so the apartment building is being sold to kmelt and moved to lakecosmo and B&D gets a 50%royalty on it
so sendos can you just post that you agree so we can have croxis move it?
 
Just curious, what is B&D, exactly? Nice Rollercoaster btw. Just make sure to continue activities under the mountain. :)

I am happy to confirm this partnership between B&D, Lake Cosmo, and myself. Once the apartment is moved and the facilities are renovated there will be plenty of rooms available to rent and purchase.
 
ok so matt B&D is a company me and branch created (branch and drmowinckel) we do apartment wool dyes rollercoaster/water rides and we install state of the art traps

oh and im going to canada now so ill only be able to check up the this thread
 
Confirmed. Anything to spare my work from destruction, to ensure that my work is paid for and to be spared from Dakler's lie that it won't be detonated with TNT (see Matt's previous comment). Let the monster move commence!

DrMo, you paid me for buying the wool shop, but I don't think you paid me for the work, maybe a much smaller amount. I'll definitely know if 100K geld suddenly appeared in my wallet. Maybe I forgot your payment entirely.

I'm not going to freaking blow up the place, Matt would! I need TNT for my underground project area
