Hey guys. I just looked up the new demoman weapons.

Is it me, or does this sword and shield thing sound incredibly stupid? In my opinion, it sort of defeats the purpose of the demoman, and it puts him comepletely at the mercy of snipers and the other ranged classes.

On the whole, though, it may be a blast to use, and come update day, we'll see less sticky spamming demos. :D
 
My cousin was saying how stupid it is to turn them into a melee class while taking away max health. Well obviously they got to give you a reason to not just use it as a better melee weapon. Although then it sucks that you can't get much use without losing the sticky launcher.

This thread hasn't had a post in a while, but I just got the Orange Box and therefore Steam.
 
Now mythmonster needs to be befriended on Steam as well as invited to the CFC group!
