Ummm how does that work exactly? Cancer isn't contagious. I don't understand what you mean by they "laced" something with cancer. Like they put cancerous cells in the vaccines (which I'm pretty sure would be harmless)? Or do you mean they laced it with some kind of cancer-causing substance?

Umm, no they're not? The Fernandez's are pretty well aligned with the Washington Consensus (see: Nestor & the IMF). Lula & Roussef as well, they have never openly or secretly challenged the dominance of American-led capitalism. It also goes without saying than none of the three have been military belligerent in action or in speech.
