Liar! I have seen a big heavy metal thing afloat with my very own eyes.

edit: And those bears won't be able to do much. Animals cannot travel to a spot that is inside a cultural border, even if they are already inside named borders. That makes two of those bears virtually umnovable. They'll be nice free xp for our enemies though. Something to think about for our AI lover.
