Chaos SG 2 AND Chaos SG 3

Conroe: just take your time. How many turns would you like to play?
I was thinking of playing 81 turns. It is just such a lovely number, don't you agree? So Grand! So Majestic! Of course, it is no where near as good a number as 42, the king of numbers! But still, it has a nice ring -- such a lovely tonal quality -- to it.

bahhhhhhhhhhhh - 81 is an ugly number. UGLY UGLY UGLY! But go ahead you philistine, if you must.

Honestly folks, I had a ruff time trying to figure out which save to play. Rex's post listed 4 saves to choose from. One was a dead link and the other 3 turned out to be bogus. It took me a bit, but I finally figured out which save to play.

Thanks for the help, Conroe. These last days, and the next couple are really stressing for me, with me not having time to do ANYTHING, so what's better than having the breaker keep the SG alive.
Everybody, Conroe's roothter is the counting one at the moment so be nice and do what he tells you.

Got Chaoth III.

RL just nipped me in the butt like a rabid animal. I won't be able to play til tomorrow morning. If anyone wants a swap or you can skip me this turn around.

@Conroe - can I get the correct save pls? mummble mubbmle grrr

I posted all 3 of them up above. Yours is the Chaos III one. Is it saying it is corrupted or something? Because it loads fine for me. Do you have an error message?

The last Chaos III non-conroe post was from 430BC. Your save is from 1900BC. Unless you are playing a special backwards mod - I think something is wrong.

Phew! For a minute there, I thought something was wrong with the save that I posted. Glad to hear that it is okay.

As for your concerns over the year number, I must refer you back to my original turn report. I had much difficulty locating the prankster's current save. I did the best that I could. :D The current game year is now 1900BC. :mischief:

Conroe, doing a prank of your own, eh? I am NOT Prince "Harry". I would prefer Dictator Charles, Lord Charles, ShadowDemen(don't ask about that one), Lord of Bunnies(again, better not ask), and Tola IV(How'd the heck that get there?).

Forwarding a motion: from now on, princecharles is to be referred to strictly as Wanda the Wet Nurse.

Second anyone?

Oh, I don't know --- I thought Lord of the Bunnies had a nice ring to it and he says its one of his preferred nicks. Ah, what the heck, I second it! :mischief:

And since the grand puppeteer has made me acting puppeteer for the time being, I should probably update the roothter:

Chaos II
Wanda the Wet Nurse (warmonger) On Deck
Jeejeep (AI Pushover)
Atlas (Grumpy Cleaner)
HookemHorns (storyteller)
berserks01 (confused) UP

Its groundhog day in chaos 3.
Why are you calling Prince Chuckles Wanda?
Counter-proposal : The player formerly known as princecharles is now Prince Chuckle of the Bunnies.

I second that.:goodjob:

Turn 0 - Looked around, found nothing interesting or worthy of my notice so I hit enter.
Turn 1 -
Turn 2 - Our brother bear has gone rogue!!!
Turn 3-10 - :coffee:

Played 10 turns and managed to do nothing, so I decided to paint some pictures. As you can see, I avoided overlaps quite nicely but can't decide between the 2 which ones are better. Being crappy, we might consider the second one :p

Nice job on the crappy site dot map!

My copper city was 1sw of yours (first dot map) because it will be awhile before we get culture up there and we need the copper to make more jewelry for Cathy so that she will accept Gandhi's approaches.

Surely we can whip/chop an obelisk (long, tall shebang thing) for a quick +1 culture somewhere in the chaos right?
