All right, I did pretty much the expected, conquered all of the low countries' territory to bypass French defenses, and no progress in Poland. Zaghreb and Strasbourg were emptied but not taken.
Also, I learned my lesson in ZWK PBEM #3:
In case Stalin is wishing to extend his influence in any way over Poland or Greece, be warned. Any aggression toward or attempt at annexation of these regions while they are not yet under Axis control will be considered a direct attack on the Axis powers. If you wish to risk your nation's existence for these pathetic rabble, so be it. If you wish to actually make a deal for part of Eastern Poland that is another matter, so PM me if you have any plans.

The elections for President are expected to be held Thursday, with the Spanish leader Franco holding a small lead over the Swiss candidate. Franco and his Turkish counterpart have stated their intention to allow any neutral nation to join the LICE and take a stand against both sides in this horrible war breaking out.

After beeing into heavy dialogues with the British general staff, Winston Churchill held a speach on the radio, proclaiming that Great Britain will stand up against Germany nomatter what. Adolf Hitler wanted war, but it seems as if his succeder wants the same. It was with deep sympathy for the newly conquered Dutchmen and the Belgians, that he said the word wich made every British citizen get goose bumbps over their back. "Great Britain will never surrender!"

For the fearful Prime Minister:
Hitler is dead, and his psychotic ideology died with him. All that Imperial Germany wishes to do now is see through the war that Britain and France declared on us. We were merely liberating those German brethren who were trapped in the opression of Poland; we never at the time of that campaign had ambitions for France or Britain, but they decided to declare war on Germany, and therefore we must defend ourselves using our offensive capability. We still want peace with Britain, but France at least must be subdued so that further Franco-British agression against Germany will no longer be feasible. Then we'll talk.
By the way, the first actions of Fuhrer Hess in the domestic sphere has been the official denazification of most of the government, with the exceptions of marshals Raeder, Doenitz, and Goering, who offered to swear allegiance to the Fuhrer and to Germany above the Nazi Party, a welcome occurrence as their expertise will be sorely needed in the coming months. And of course, de-nazification has had little effect on the Wehrmacht as most of its generals were simple soldiers anyhow, fighting for Germany and not for the Nazis.
Furthermore the Nuremberg Laws have all been retracted, and Jews throughout the Reich are finding their way back into society after a trying six years of gradual separation. Now there are numerous anti-racist laws in place protecting them from all forms of harassment. Any incidents of Jews being terrorized by the public have been put down by the Gestapo, now free of Nazis and sworn to a new creed of simple allegiance to the Fuhrer.
And, finally, the very swastika that symbolized Hitler's hatred and the brainwashing of our people has been cleansed from the Reich, and the flagpoles of Germany now fly the old Imperial colors of the Second Reich under the Hollenzollern Kaisers, a very welcome sight to our elderly population. All governments are expected to recognize this new arrangement in their foreign offices:

There will be no negotiation between the German Reich and the United Kingdom until Germany retreats all off their forces in Poland, the Netherlands and Belgium. If Germany will not ceed these cities and restore the borders as they originally where, nothing else but the unconditionalary surrender of Germany will be accepted.

After hearing the pleas of proletarian worker's Soviets against the Imperialist Western powers, the Soviet Union has begun a liberation of the Baltic states to stop the oppression of the workers. The Soviet Union demands that no other country interfere with its liberation attempt.

Greatest civ player ever!
And has begun a campaign to restructure France's outdated military. We believe static defences (as exhibited in the maginot line) are no longer viable in ground warfare, and thus considerable effort is being made to create a more mobile defence force capable of protecting France from German aggression. We realise we are short on time, but we also have confidence in our ability to delay the advance of the 'Denazified Prussians'. However, Allied aid will be necessary.
As for Poland, it is a lost cause. The Polish people are selling their factories, and tearing up their railroads in order to delay Germany. We fear it is for nought.
To Germany: We beg you to reconsider your aggressive actions against France and Britain. We have to warn you, that should the German army attack ANY French cities, they will be destroyed. We will go to any lengths to protect our nation.
To Russia: Your actions in Poland are regrettable. We would be willing to negotiate a peaceful change of power in the eastern Polish cities, but you insist on aggression. Neverthless, you will find little left in Poland should you continue your advance.

Dismayed by the Allies' unwillingness to make peace, Fuhrer Hess was forced to reluctantly press home our offensives, and victory has been reported on all fronts:
- Dunkirk, Danzig, Katowice, and Reims captured with little resistance.
- Air raids on Strasbourg ignite a firestorm which burned it completely to ashes.
- Panzer divisions completely destroyed the once-feared Swiss Army to have a second place to bypass the Maginot Line. They were surprised to hear that Lyon had no garrison to speak of, and furthermore there were no French forces near it to fill that role. Therefore it is expected that Lyon will fall in the next weeks. Orleans and Vichy were also reported empty, which may mean that our southern offensive could surprisingly beat the northern one to Paris!
- When advisors warned the Fuhrer that occupation of Switzerland could lead to war with the members of LICE, he simply responded, "Who?"
(Sorry to stomp on you during your first PBEM attempt Leglaen, but I need Lyon, and for that matter Aleppo and Gibralter too)
- The benefits of France and Poland's scorched-earth policies may be negated by the fact that many of their pillaging troops were caught unprepared in fields and shot apart with ease. Almost all of Polish Army was annihilated due to this so Warsaw, Krakow, and Lublin all lay completely empty for simple occupation, while the other two Polish cities will be left to our Russian friends.
- Our campaign in Yugoslavia picks up steam as now Zaghreb and Belgrade are free of enemy troops, however we have no occupation forces around, only bombers!
- Numerous technologies and units have been given to our latin allies to help them continue the struggle in North Africa without our presence there, as well as in southern France and possibly Spain.
- A German wolfpack has sunk a proud British battleship just in sight of the Nile Delta, bringing the Mediterranean naval balance to 3 U-Boat wolf packs and 3 Capital ships vs. 2 Capital ships. Hmm...

Franco would like to state that he is shocked at this outpouring of aggression from his former facist backer and he is sure that the world-certainly the Allies and hopefully the Russians-would see this as a chance to defeat hypocrites, traitors, and fascists. Thus, LICE has taken steps to improve its defenses against all opposition and hopefully help defend Europe against the scourge of Nazism, despite the claims of Hess(with Goebbels behind him, no doubt) that the government has been 'denazified' any sane European would see that Hess is merely trying to pander to the Soviets.
LICE implores the Soviets to shut their minds and ears to the 'denazified' German government and join the ongoing war against them.
