Ever since the patch, I am having strange behavior of the city build scroll and selection. I click on the Production icon and the city build menu comes up. As I hover my mouse over the choices, the menu starts scrolling by itself. When I try to select something, it doesn't recognize the choice. Then I click on a second item and it adds that to the build queue. Then I have to go back in and change it to what I originally wanted.

I find this happens when scrolling the build queue and the cursor "falls off" the right hand edge of the scroll bar. That's then detected as a rightwards/downwards scroll of the map and the map scrolling takes precedence over the build queue scroll - but both are still active. I find that moving the cursor to the left of the build queue and clicking the map stops both scroll actions, and you can then select the build queue item you want.
