I vote for Arison's Redcliffe Point. I quite like the idea of a prisoner-based Australia civ, but I would suggest making it a broader civ instead of just one settlement.

And this is why the forum shouldn't update their colour scheme. It makes people do crazy things like vote for my designs which get slapped together in a few minutes and then, wait a minute, this design was refined with help from Mobby. Recast your vote.

But, if those who voted for Arison wants to change vote, then SoGK's Dutch East Indies welcomes you with open arms! Were a forced labour Indonesian civ! Forced labour and prison isnt that differeny if you squint your eyes really hard, and Indonesian and Australian is just a trepanger away.. Pretty close if you ask me^^
