In the strategic view, you can't select units inside cities by clicking their symbol.
You can, but you have to zoom in really close.

Not sure if this was already said or not, but horsemen, (especially companion cavalry), are overpowered. It's a nice change from cIV to actually be using mounted units for once, but they really need to make them more balanced. (I think there is a thread on this)
Also:
- Diplomacy should be improved,- even if you don't want to use solid numbers like in cIV, at least let there be conversation options such as "Why do you suddenly hate me so much?). And please explain the secrecy/cooperation pacts in the civilopedia!
I know, right? They should fix it so they appear. There are no great admirals
Yes but how can a general lead a navy? I'd be lucky if they know how to swim, let aside operate a rowing boat or caravel.I don't think a great admiral is needed. Just take your great general with your navy!

But he did need admirals to do so at first place.I guess the same way The Great General Eisenhower did for World War II. He told the admirals what to do, and they did it.

Exactly. And i did some time before someone came with this "tactic". Which alot felt was a exploit. Tried it myself once, and still it was fun. But normaly, i think most of us went with a OCP kind of game or RCP.Civilization III was the first civ game i played. I really enjoyed it and it really felt like i was building an "empire". I was surprised to discover that so many people back there used to complain about the infinite city sprawl, which, while might not be the greatest feature ever with all the corruption and stuff, at least made it for a frantic game from the start.
