Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 23
John Curtin = 7+1=8 Well done leader, despite his modernity. Did people dislike Haile Selassie for being modern?
Cleopatra = 10
Victoria = 9
Gorgo = 15-3=12 Annoying Agenda and not too fond of the leader choice
Pericles = 3
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 20
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 19

Bye, Pericles. Age was not kind to you. I preferred Civ 4 version of you.

Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21 (20+1)
One of the leaders left, that I like the most. Especially, how he sounds :)

Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 19

Tomyris = 17
Gilgamesh = 9

This thread made me realized that I should had music turned off or something because I can't remember a SINGLE theme music from any civ :o
I'm obviously not going to vote, but I'm now genuinely curious and will try to fix it :)
Good job guys and keep it up!
Wrong thread. This is the leader depiction thread, not the theme one.

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 23
John Curtin = 8
Cleopatra = 10
Victoria = 10 (9 + 1) - One of my favorites. She seems very regal and has a haughtiness to her but in an endearing way. I AM amused.
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 16 (19 -3) - I'm so tired of his sourpuss attitude and he seems to appear in EVERY single game I play. What a snob.
Tomyris = 17
Gilgamesh = 9

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 24 (23 + 1, he makes me feel at peace)
John Curtin = 8
Cleopatra = 10
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 16
Tomyris = 14 (17 - 3, only because I don't dislike anyone that's left really other than Victoria, who I just downvoted)
Gilgamesh = 9

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 24
John Curtin = 8
Cleopatra = 10
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 17 (16 + 1)
Tomyris = 11 (14 - 3)
Gilgamesh = 9

Can't stop the stache. Hate the helm.

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 24
John Curtin = 8-3=5 Just not enthused about modern-themed civs.
Cleopatra = 10+1=11 We can afford to keep her around a little bit longer.
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 24
John Curtin = 5-3 = 2 It's not just that he's a modern leader; he just looks like a boring dude with no edge to him; his accent doesn't help either. Lacks drama
Cleopatra = 11
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9+1 = 10 I like listening to her talk and she feels very "alive". They did a good job with her
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9

:cry: Too late to save Pericles! That's what I get for starting up Civ 5 and losing track of time.

Teddy Roosevelt = 24

Saladin = 21 (24-3)
Saladin was a Crusader and a warrior. Civ 6 turns him into a be-robed scholar just like Pericles. I can't really imagine this guy leading an army.

John Curtin = 3 (2+1)
Seems like people are ganging up on Curtin because blood is in the water. But what's the point of having a game spanning human history if you only include pharoahs, consuls, and kings? Capable politicians should be in the game too. Plus Curtin was an introvert. Having a lower energy leader in nice when most of history was dominated by loud, obnoxious jackasses.

Cleopatra = 11
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 10
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 21 +1 = 22 His animations are great and friend or foe, he always makes the game interesting.
John Curtin = 3 - 3= 0 ELIMINATED. My least favorite leader in Civ 6, and possibly in the entire Civ series.
Cleopatra = 11
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 10
Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 22
Cleopatra = 11 - 3 = 8 Not really a fan of her attitude. Annoys me too much.
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 10 + 1 = 11 I don't know, Curtin is dead so I guess I'll defend Jadwiga, who again is not to cartoony.

Trajan = 19
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9

OMG I was too late in saving Curtin!

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 22
Cleopatra = 8
Victoria = 10
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 11+1 = 12
Trajan = 19 - 3 = 16
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9

I am saving Saint Hedwig, King of Poland here because I like her attitude.
-3 to Trajan because he looks so irritating.

Teddy Roosevelt = 24
Saladin = 22
Cleopatra = 8
Victoria = 10-3=7
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 12
Trajan = 16
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11
Gilgamesh = 9+1=10

Victoria's chin is still too small for her head, the pauses she takes when talking are still too Shatner-y, and her tantrums when angry are still too undignified.

Was gonna throw another vote to Cyrus but it looks like he's well on his way to a top 3 slot so I'll instead just try and help out a poor old beggar. While I certainly think they went overboard with Gilgamesh's design (and especially his ability in that it is almost 100% mythical with no basis in actual history) I can't help but find it... endearing. Like a child's idea of what a cool tough guy should be. He looks like someone took the DNA of Broly from Dragon Ball and spliced it with Super Macho Man's DNA from Punch Out to make the most over the top musclebound egotistical meathead they could conceive of. And in a way I kind of respect that. They went so far out of their way to make Sumeria about as pulp novel-y and legendary as they could get away with so backing down on the leader would just feel like they were cowards, while going forward and just making a cartoon character for their cartoon civ shows they at the very least were confident in the direction they wanted to take and while I disagree with it I respect that level of commitment. Gilgamesh is just a big lumbering bully, and while he's definitely not my favorite I would be lying if I said I didn't find him a little bit adorable for that.

Teddy Roosevelt = 24 + 1 = 25 I live near the Badlands, where he did lots of outdoor stuff when younger
Saladin = 22
Cleopatra = 8
Victoria = 7
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 12
Trajan = 16
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 11 - 3 = 8 Not a fan. I'm running out of reasons
Gilgamesh = 10

Teddy Roosevelt = 25
Saladin = 22
Cleopatra = 8 + 1 = 9 One of the livelier ones. Deserves to stay just a bit longer.
Victoria = 7
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 12 - 3 = 9 She shouldn't be in the top 10. Really.
Trajan = 16
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 8
Gilgamesh = 10

Teddy Roosevelt = 25
Saladin = 22 - 3 = 19 (Always hates me)
Cleopatra = 9
Victoria = 7 + 1 = 8 (Must... save... Vicky...)
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 9
Trajan = 16
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 8
Gilgamesh = 10

No, not Curtin!

John Curtin = 3 - 3= 0 ELIMINATED. My least favorite leader in Civ 6, and possibly in the entire Civ series.

Really- Worse even than reptilian Suryavarman II from Civ IV? I can understand disliking having a modern leader, but there are plenty of other 20th century leaders in the series- Gandhi, Haille Selassie, FDR, Stalin, Mao, Charles de Gaulle and Churchill. Is he worse than these because is also the leader of a country that only came about not so long ago, and that you don't deem important enough for inclusion, or is his depiction here particularly objectionable?

Teddy Roosevelt = 25
Saladin = 19
Cleopatra = 9
Victoria = 8
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 26
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 6 (9 - 3) Same as before
Trajan = 16
Peter the Great = 17
Tomyris = 9 (8 + 1) I don't mind her helmet, and I think her armour looks good
Gilgamesh = 10

Philip II = 1-3=-2 (ELIMINATED) - Nope, I still don't like when he screams at me and swings his sword furiously in his denounce animation. Deserves to go.

:sad:

You give the greatest reasons @Returning Lurker! :D Not that I can see an issue with being Shatner-like...that is high praise ;)

Peter...I'm not stupid. You are stupid for thinking I would make such a trade when you hate my guts :lol:
Victoria's fits at things going less than how she would like are gold; along with her more subtle changes in receptability to my overtures lols :crazyeye:

Teddy Roosevelt = 25
Saladin = 19
Cleopatra = 9
Victoria = 9
Gorgo = 12
Hojo Tokimune = 23 (26-3) Don't think he is one of the best leader depictions as his score currently implies. He's not bad, but not the most interesting.
Harald Hardrada = 21
Cyrus the Great = 27
Jadwiga = 6
Trajan = 17 (16+1) One of my favourites. Well voiced and characterised. And he's not ridiculously hard to get along with like most other leaders are.
Peter the Great = 14
Tomyris = 9
Gilgamesh = 10
