Which civilization had a UU that had a base strength that was 3 higher than the unit it replaced in Vanilla Civ 4, but in BtS has the same strength as the unit it replaces?

Terrible wording, but I couldn't think of any other way to put it.

Zulu/Shaka can build their UB. Incas/HC can build their UU. India/Gandhi/Asoka can build the UU. Are there more? Those are all that come to mind
