So the sad tale of the Settlers from Brussels ... once long ago some people decided to leave their home city and travel the world, looking for a new home. They wandered for many centuries, and never did find a new homeland.

You really like lost souls. It’s also rather funny they are CS settlers so even if they find an empty continent they will find they did not pack their shovels.Oh those poor Vallettian pilgrims ...

From my same game as above, those City States really are getting ambitious! Oh those poor Vallettian pilgrims ... hoping for a better life, but never finding one.

I disagree, this is inspiring tale of a amazing people stubbornly refusing to give up their identity for millenias.
Tribe of Brussels has a legend about ancient times. When other tribes were settling, Brussels people said "but what about freedom? Why should we sit in one place like trees instead of travelling across the great world like birds?" and they all decided they will never settle down. And they remained nomads for millenias, traversing the entire world and gaining more and more stories of the lands they encountered during Eternal Trek. They were so stubborn they got recognized by the World Congress and getting special political status. And in the space era, they became first planetary surveyors.
A "like" for the opportunity to see what the Cat Scout icon looks likeWell this was a pretty interesting start. Not only am I isolated in a corner of the map, but apparently there's an inland sea of strife separating me from Sumeria to the west, where you can't walk around either side of it by land. Also this is probably the first time in GS I really feel like I have a good reason for building the Panama Canal further down the road lol

Yeah and it also adds the chat/combat log to the left, gives a much better unit overview screen and merges the citizen management with the tile purchase buttons again like in civ 5. Also you can get a bunch of stat info about other civs by hovering the mouse over their portraits, like in Vox PopuliLooks like a fun map...Completely unrelated but is that a mod which shows if people are in a golden age on their portrait? What's it called?

I got it from Marbozir's channel a few days ago. It's called Concise UI
It seems the Incas like wind. Or just clean energy. Too bad the world has already gone to hell by this point. But it's the thought that counts.

Wow the AI actually cares about its future, unlike humans. The AI loves renewables in general.

That's one straight river!Heh, if your civ is biased to start in hilly / mountainous areas then that's the clean power you'll use. But yeah, it sure seems excessive.
Meanwhile, in my latest game my capital is another city with three rivers that flood and therefore three dams. Will be wonderful once I get hydro-electric. No need for wind, that's for sure.

I'm trying Korea to see how quickly they can get a science victory in GS. Unfortunately I forgot that the dam counts as district that reduces the seawon's science output by one. Sigh.
