Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to use the PC version on something like virtual PC or Guest PC without having the PC Game of Civilization III in order to use PC version of Civ3Edit possibilities ?

I've never tried it, but I would imagine it should. You probably need to copy your Mac's data files across to the PC's disk space and set everything up the way it would be on a PC, just ignoring the Mac application file itself. The PC's folder structure is a little different from that of Civ Complete, I think.

The editor is a little funny. It checks the Win32 registry for the location in which you installed Civ3. If it doesn't find a registry entry for the install, it fails to find any of the data files it needs. So you could run it in VirtualPC, but you'd also need to either install Civ3 inside Virtual PC or figure out what registry entries you need to tweak.
