I'm not sure...I did read somewhere here in SF that TF was going to update the upload system, but the message there that talks about bandwidth being exceeded sounds like something different.

I went to civfanatics.net and all I got was just a blank page with a "0" (zero) on it!

yep, the civfanatics.net is working now

Yes, there is a big difference between civfanatics.net and civfanatics.com. For example, all the files were used to upload to the civfanatics.net server. When that server is down, everything but uploaded files (and www.civfanatics.net) are available. Well, atleast that's what we members notice.
