After the tribes merge, individual immunity will be handled differently.
Each of the remaining players will receive an Immunity Declaration that they can use once in the remainder of the game.
Immunity is declared with one's vote at the day's tribal council. It must be declared BEFORE the results are tallied. If it saves you from being voted off, I will announce that you have used it. (The vote goes to person with the next highest number of votes.) If not, your use of it will remain your secret. BUT once used, it's gone for the rest of the game.
Using your single immunity declaration and your alliances, you will have to try to get through ten tribal council votes. Then a council made up of the seven most recently evicted from the game will determine the winner (just like on the show.)
If you have not used your immunity when the game gets down to three players, lucky you! -- You may as well use it that round, because otherwise you'll lose it.
The vote for each round is determined by several factors:
1) Immunity declaration. This one is supreme over all other factors. If you declare immunity you CANNOT be voted off unless EVERY other player has also declared immunity, in which case all are void.
2) Number of votes. Highest number of votes gets voted off no matter how close it is. In the event of a tie, a run-off vote is held. I expect to have a few of them. In the run-off vote, the tribe can only vote for those who have tied. The others are safe for the round.
3) Past vote history. If two players are tied and the run-off vote is inconclusive, I'll tally their past votes to determine who's off.
4) If all else fails, I will ask run-off candidates to PM me a number between 1 and 100 (when they cast their run-off votes.) If it comes down to it, I'll roll 2d10 and the one who guesses closest to the number stays. Hopefully I'll NEVER have to use that method to determine who is off.
EVERYONE votes in a run-off, even the players who are candidates for being voted off. This is how I expect to get the number from 1-100. If a run-off candidate fails to subbmit a vote AND it comes down to the fourth determiner, they will be the one evicted.
