    The religious city-state Yerevan was seen on the map in the Kongo livestream (top edge):

    Don't know its unique yet as the city-states panel wasn't opened for it.

    One militaristic and one cultural city-state are still unknown to fill out the 6 x 4 = 24.

    Scythia's Ability is called "People of the Steppe's."
    Tomyris's Ability is called "Killer of Cyrus"

    Phillip has the "Counter Reformer" agenda: he loves empires that have the same state religion and desperately wants all his cities to have the same dominant religion. Phillip HATES civs who try to spread their religion to his cities.
