It only seems that way to you because your trait halves it. On the upside you can more than make up for it if you are smart about your civic changes.
Also at least you aren't losing one food per turn in all systems.

Notice Knoedels save was uploaded twice. If people were skipping tracker and kiwitt uploaded old save for Knoedel yesterday -- situation is clear. kiwitt just need to reupload April AD-2308 save for Knoedel.

If people were not skipping tracker -- I have no idea what happened!
