Garbage day!!!
Wow! A spaniard! I've got to answer, there's no other choice.
Hehehehe
Actually the madrileños and other spaniards l found in the gaming community are not like many others spaniards you can find out there, who always speak about politics and even insult catalans (or basques) when this topic comes to their mind.
Looks like spanish gamers are immunte to this on-line political crap. I don't know why but it is so. So there's no reason to explain that it was just a joke, I already understood that
BTW, a rule in this forum says that you may write in other languages as long as you always provide a translation for the mods.
You and I know quite well that this is a malicious "mistake" spread by... well, that kind of people.
BTW, English has not a language academy like the RAE and the Catalan academy (the IEC) is not so decisive like other organizations like Termcat, IVL, IRL, ÒC or GrEC. Actually, the organization of catalan language looks like a confederation of organizations, where the last word is always said by the IEC.
I just wanted to point this because it's a common mistake of spanish speakers to think that the other languages have the same kind of organization that their language has.
Thanks for the congratulations. It was literally a pain in the ass. Sometimes my ass hurt after sitting so many hours before the computer in order to translate it.
But... Wait a minute! Did you write "Catalunya"? Did you say that catalonia is a country? WTH! It's always pleasure to speak with spaniards like you, who respect the will of catalans to become independent or being recognized as a nation and so, but writing Catalunya and saying that Catalunya is a country can bring you many troubles with Fedeguico & his friends
Be cautious
ayyy los catalanes, el catalán y vuestra política linguística....siempre quereís estar en todo no? (Es una broma para los españoles [pocos] que estemos en el juego jajaja)

I agree with you Catalán is not a dialect, it's a common mistake that people do. It's a language with it's own grammar and Academia like the english or the spanish, the problem is that it's widely less spoken than those two.

Secondly, It's really good that the second language spoken in Spain becomes popular in the gaming world. I don't see the problem of making a translation in Catalan to promote the players of Catalunya Country to play a lot of games. I'll like to congratulate ganglieri2001 for his translation, as a Spaniard.
