As far as Qin LastSword, I've been interested in why no one has made a mod for him. He is the reason Terracotta Army wonder exists IRL. There are many different ones through history that one can make as far as wonders. But no one thinks of these.

Looking for a Germany re-work, if somebody is willing.

Otto Von Bismarck - Blood and Iron - Receive the benefits of 'influential' cultural influence at 'familiar' and the benefits of 'dominant' cultural influence at 'popular'. Receive a free courthouse in conquered cities that you have a 'familiar' culture with. Receive large boosts to tourism with civilizations you are at war with for each unit in their territory and each one of their units killed; receive a titanic boost for taking a city.

The wording could be compacted, it really isn't too much it just has specifics.

Washington has manifest destiny but a b17, so I don't think that really has precedent. I just didn't like his UA; plus I think the Hanse has good synergy with this UA. The panzer could be changed I guess, maybe to JFD's Jaeger or something.

Alright, so get rid of the courthouse and/or the tourism from units in territory. That way it would balance out from the awful unhappiness of taking a full pop city.

Also, it has everything do do with Bismarck: the unification of Germany, or in this case of common cultures. It's just weird because it has nothing to do with tourism, but that's how you become influential in the game; which is an odd way to become influential in the first place

Yea it's way more succinct, I just don't like conquering city-states and it makes the hanse pretty irrelevant.
