CivUP .13 Interface problems (tech tree, diplomacy tab)

I'm getting a few problems with the latest version, the scroll bar at the bottom of the tech tree has disappeared and the diplomacy/ score tab won't display more than one city state. The automatic tool tips for the buildings sometimes don't work properly (in particular, the faith buildings just show "ERROR".)

Could you post your lua.log file after this happens?

Never mind, I just tried reinstalling the mod and it's solved the problem.
