[CivUp 2.0.46] Incorrect tooltip for Minuteman unit

Hi:

Playing as the American civ: the Minuteman's tooltip in the tech tree says it replaces the Musketman instead of the Arquebusier which seems to be the correct one (in Civilopedia however it is referenced correctly).

Note : It has been detected using CivUp 2.0.46. I don't use GEM so I don't know if this applies to it too
