I'm seeing some strange messages in the log file. Have you tried the things on the common checklist? I would first check to see if there are multiple versions of the mod installed in the Mods folder. The game erroneously reads data from all installed mods, even disabled ones.
If that does not work, please post your database.log (from the same folder as lua.log). I think it might contain messages that could help.

The other mods I was using were colored religion and RED but once i moved those out of the folder and tried the new versions it appears to not have an issue. i'll try seeing if one of the other mods causes an issue tonight.
