Sure... I love history, reason b/c i start playing CIV (also love chess so 1+1=2Do you enjoy playing historical scenarios with mods?
) I still remember the "desert" scenario in Vanilla; i won in the last turn (in noble of course). what do you have in mind?
I think that he means a WWII scenario... or should I say a WWII MOD?![]()

Hi guys, I'd like to get involved in some multiplayer Civ4!

. Unfortunately before you invite someone to play that kind of mod it would require them to get accustomed to it.
If you want please install that mod and play around -- perhaps we could try some non-simultaneous turn MP game first one evening -- I live in GMT -4.

), I've never became truly "commited" to the game, if you know what I mean (i.e., I'm not a so good player at all - more shame on me...
). I just play it to have fun, feel the weight of ruling decisions, and see how things come up. But I'm willing to change that, if needed to. Never experienced "non-official" mods in Civ, but I confess I'm quite curious, since I love the BTS mods (and those amazing Civ 2 Gold Edition mods too!).

Don't worry, this is my story too, and I'm OK with that. I play at Prince difficulty and know in order to move up I'd have to put more emphasis in early game tactics, things like whip overflow, micromanaging to grow and then work that extra commerce that would get me to my desired tech 1 turn earlier, and so on.Now I won't lie to you. Even though I've played a lot of Civ throughout the last 15 years of my life (shame on me...), I've never became truly "commited" to the game, if you know what I mean (i.e., I'm not a so good player at all - more shame on me...

Or perhaps me you and lunfa could arrange for some sort of 3 way multiplayer game this weekend with that mod (the most realistic modern day mod I could find here).

Do you like modern days mods? The one you can find in my signature has realistic fixed borders. Would you mind please to install Earth 2010 mod and tell me how it feels for you? Perhaps we could come up with some sort of "Be your countries current president" PBEM gameOr perhaps me you and lunfa could arrange for some sort of 3 way multiplayer game this weekend with that mod (the most realistic modern day mod I could find here).

P.S. I cannot PM you yet!
South American invasion
I think playing as Brazil in Earth 2010 victory is feasible. If we get to play a game like the one Tigranes says, it would be interesting. Maybe Mercosur could finally work like a charm!![]()
Brazil has a sizeable military, a significant portion of land and cities in this scenario, and good production to compete for a prominent role in the game.

I was sure all the ladies in Brazil play Civ day and night!
Alvarez, you can try mediafire for the v.1.5, but then you would have to patch it to v.1.6 (very important!)
Why all the wives are acting the same way?I was sure all the ladies in Brazil play Civ day and night!

It's amazing how many people in Latin America are fluent in English![]()

I bet you'll be able to beat Deity before thatI don't give up easy! So I still stubbornly try to teach my wife how to play Civ - from time to time. But I don't think I'll ever win this battle...![]()

They also somehow managed to put a broadcast tower in each one of our cities (and I thought the Eiffel Tower was in Paris)Well, thank you. Among other reasons, I guess that's something we learned after two centuries of "close relations"commerce: +
