182. You choose a spiritual trait leader in BtS just so your missionaries will have an extra movement point.

185 you complain at blizzard, that the next version of starcraft is taking years, while the FFH team can pull it off in just a few months.
(honestly, starcraft 2 has several months of balance testing etc. PER UNIT. balance is nice and all, but i'm afraid they're pushing it)

Signs that you're not playing FfH enough

1. You're actually following the progress of Starcraft 2 (gag)

187. You've won as every civilization/religion combination.
188. You have role-playing explanations for every civilization/religion combination.
189. You argue to any who listen that Mercurian/Ashen Veil is the only way to play.

190. You are now interested in seeing a strat discussion for why Mercurian/AV is a good combo.
I chose it randomly for comedic value. But the more I think about it... I'm seriously going to try it one of these days.
192. When asked what game you're most looking forward to in the next two months, you say "Fall from Heaven's Shadow release."
193. You have personally caused someone to start playing FfH.

You can hardly claim credit at a mere ONE person :P Build more FfH Missionaries damn you! Sign some open borders agreements at work/school, AIM FOR A GAMING VICTORY!

194. You realize the need for a pitcher of water and a lectern when someone asks you an innocent question like: "What's so different about FfH compared to BtS?"

Mercurian AV would be rather difficult, since your state religion would be removed from all of your cities at the end of each turn (or is it the beginning? not that when matters all that much).

Edit: I think I vaguely remember noting once that AV is actually removed from the cities of whoever owns the Mercurian Gate instead of from Mercurian cities. If this is (still) the case, then if you don't use Basium's convert city spell to take this city then you could keep AV in all your cities and your permanent ally could not.

This also opens up the strategy of founding/capturing a city to be your capital before using the convert city spell, so that you can then take the city and gift it to someone else. After it removed the AV from all that civ's cities, you (with an open boarder agreement) could move Basium back into the city and take it again. Then gift it to someone else and repeat the process. This could conceivably be used to eradicate the Ashen Veil.

Edit2: I just checked the code, and it is eliminated for the Mercurian civ, not the owner of the Mercurian Gate. That makes more sense, but I could have sworn that it used to be the other way. Oh well, I guess the strategies I just suggested wont work then :(

184 - You hear Sting - Desert Rose instrumental and wonder which one of your coworkers just founded OO. ("There goes the Neighborhood")

So it's Sting's Desert Rose. Never heard about it, thought it was Cirque

196. You purchased BtS only to play Age of Ice.
197. BtS only sits on your self until Shadow comes out.
198. After playing FFH, you have never played vanilla Civ 4 game again

198. After playing FFH, you have never played vanilla Civ 4 game again

199. In BtS, you refer to Jaguars as "Beastmasters" and try to capture animals with them.
200. On your resume, you intend to put "posted 200th clue you've been playing too much FfH."
(No, really. I couldn't resist.)
201. You also intend to put "Won a cultural victory as Ljosalfar/Ashen Veil." (No, I haven't. Not even going to try...)
