coal and oil appear in food resources list
uranium does not appear in any resources list
public transport does not receive health bonus from oil

i'm not using any mod or scenario, it's my first game with bts,
using the inland sea map

I can't say anything about the Uranium and the Public Transport issues. It used to be that it didn't make sense to me that coal and oil appeared where they do, until I reasoned that coal and oil can cause unhealthiness (e.g., with factories) and so it makes sense to put them in the same column as those resources that cause healthiness (i.e., food.)
