I've never seen root beer in Australia, so it probably is just an american thing. Or Aussies are too busy drinking beer to drink root beer.

I was going to complain that website only tought me that a dog wanting to find a friend called Tex... Until i found this:

Sounds something (in the making of) like dandelion and Burdock to me, bet it tastes pretty good.
Not sure of the reference to Newcaslte- perhaps we are all drinkers, perhaps we are very cosmerpolitan and might have imported Root.. or, u were being sarky
As for me im a student.. 3, treble spirit and mixer for £5.70 does me and my mates more than proud! :

Pepsi is much better than Coke. Coke has a nasty aftertaste; it's not as bad as Mountain Dew, but it comes close.
On a side note, a survey once found that 44% of Americans who support the Democratic Party prefer Pepsi to 35% who prefer Coke compared to 48% of Republicans preferring Coke and 31% preferring Pepsi. Obviously a lot of people couldn't decide or didn't notice a difference.
