Community Patch - How To Install

What's with that brown wheel next to Larissas name?

If it is a religion, why is it brown and not white?

Probably the mod "Calypso's Colored Religious Icons (Basic) (v 4)" (should be on Steam).

Yes exactly. ;) Btw. I recaptured my City in 1560 AD. Next City: His Capital!

Followupquestion: Why?

Because I like colors? It is really a personal taste, but I like those symbols in color more than those in white only.

I downloaded the files and when I tried to run the game instead of having CP(v64) as a dependency it was Community Patch (.v52 - 999). Can you please tell me how to fix this?

PS: Please completely disregard this urgent question. I took a minute to figure out that you have to enable the mods in the proper order and voila! No problems. Thank you for your kind attention and pity.

What difficulty are you playing on? map? speed?
Hey WileyNg, I play on Emperor and normal speed. The map is the "Giant Earth" of the 'Yet (not) another Earth Map Pack' Pack. Instructions for using the Pack along with CPP can be found here.

So btw. the screenshot shows Larissa which was found on the terrain of Croatia, the City State Sofia is at the correct position of the capital of Bulgaria and the expansion of Austria is shown above..

I always played the game on the prince level, but since I advanced over time it became too easy recently. In my opinion it is the best difficult level where every decisions counts and each neighbor can become a threat for your nation. I never played more difficult levels, but this level is good for me, you will not become steamrolled by AI, but they will make it not too easy for you. I really recommend the option 'Don't scale resources with players' luxury and strategic resources are then more limited and trading and settling become more important.

In addition one additional mod Dynamic Eras. It slows down the progress of each era, by adjusting the multiplier value of technologies for each era.

I just wanted to note that CPP is fully compatible (at least for me) even if you have only Civ5 and BNW (no G&K). I don't have Korea DLC as well.

Everything works fine (crashes once for a long time, and is more stable with each patch). So I think you can write note that G&K isn't necessary.

Of course it'd be good to know if there's someone else without G&K who is playing CPP without problems.

Any references to units, art, buildings, etc. from G&K will cause the files associated with them to break, thus crippling your install of the CBP. You can remove these references from the mod, sure, but that'd be tedious. As it stands, I cannot state that CBP works with G&K, as I have not tested the mod without G&K enabled.

Is there some way to check the load order? CPP is causing my games to crash the moment I try to settle my first city on turn 0; I've done the process by elimination check, and CPP is the only possible culprit. I can't think of anything I'm doing wrong per the instructions on page one, so maybe its a load order issue, but I have no idea how to check that.

Hey, so I downloaded the community patch and ensured I had the compatibilities but this message came up; do you know of any way I can fix it? (I'm on a Mac, does this make a difference?)
