That's the one. If you enable that by replacing the 0 with a 1, it should work. I'm not sure if it requires any additional information to work, but I don't think it does.

both files seem to be former versions of the patch/balance patch.

Quick question: the link to CSD on the Community Patch How to Install post brings up CSD version 26 no dll.
Is this the correct version to use to get all of the features of CSD as the main CSD thread provides v26 but with dll. I always understood the dll to be necessary to get all the features.

The DLL for CSD is lumped into the CP DLL.

2. Be careful if you want to use the Communitas map in combination with the Really Advanced Setup mod. It started to crash Civ V during the game setup recently - at least for me. It works fine if you use Communitas and the basic setup or the in-game advanced setup. And the Really advanced setup mod worked with other map scripts for me, it is the combination of the 3 mods: CBP+Communitas map+Really Advanced Setup mod which was causing the crash.
EDIT: So it seems this combination breaks the game only for me - reason unknown

InfoAddict works fine, not sure about the other 2 mods you mention.
Really? I think I started a game with the communitas map on the last patch without any problems.
If it is true that really sucks communitas mapscript is like one of the few mapscrips that actually creates fun games.

I remember someone reporting it a couple of weeks ago and it started crashing my games during setup last week too.
But your comment made me wonder, if it was not caused by some other mods, so I ran a quick test without any other mods now and to my surpise it worked!!! I tried adding more mods then and found out that it seems to be the combination of CBP+Communitas map+Really Advanced Setup mod which causes the game to crash during setup. I apologize if I mislead anyone with my previous comment.
EDIT: So it seems this combination breaks the game only for me
It is curious though, because this combination used to work for me with the pre-Christmas versions.
Will update my previous post ...
