Hey Gazebo,
I re-edited your "How to install" page. In my opinion more than a few questions in the "Bug Report" thread or the "How to install" thread were related to not understanding how to install the Community Patch/Community Balance Patch and what you have to do when you are not using the CSD-Mod for instance.
I changed the formatting to give it a more clearer look and I hope one could add more questions and answers to the "Frequently asked questions" topic for not having the same questions for ever and ever again. Feel free to add or change the layout for your purpose. I hope you like it. What do you think?
Community Patch v. 66.9:
This version contains only the DLL bugfixes and AI improvements. No balance or gameplay changes are included. New DLL tables, functions and LUA events are included, however they are not used by the mod. All users will need to download this mod!
Community Balance Patch v. 13:
This version contains everything from the Community Balance project. New DLL tables, functions and LUA events are included, however not all are used by the mod.
This mod is optional - download only if you want the balance changes. Requires the Community Patch to function.
City States Diplomacy Mod v26::
Adds new ways to interact with City-States: Diplomatic Units, United Nations, Diplomatic Victory, Pioneers and Colonists, City-State Quests, AI Difficulty. You can find more information here.
This mod is optional - download only if you want the new City-States features.

Troubleshooting
Note: The Community Patch is compatible with most mods, except those that modify the .dll. If you are using a mod that contains a .dll, it will cause problems! In the early days, try to avoid adding too many mods at once.Frequently asked questions:
- My Interface is messed up, when I use Community Balance Patch and the Community Patch!
Did you follow the instructions for not using the CSD-Mod, or are you aware of incompatibility of EUI?
- I can not see any changes in the Tech-, or the Policy-Tree, or the trees provide different information from what they really do!
Do you play the Game in a different language than English? If yes, follow this guide!

Options
There are loads of settings in each mod, so make sure to check them out! Please note, however, that until we have a release candidate, the options may or may not function properly. There are also dozens of mini-mods produced by Whoward that are wonderful - check out this link: http://www.picknmixmods.com/Cheers,
