No, but don't worry, everybody sorta short-changed how much they could blitz this turn. Everybody will be satisfied with the update.

I blitz'd for everybody, since you can.

You may run a blitz up to four provinces deep. The longer the blitz, the bigger the penalty for each consecutive battle.

Neutral territories don't have battles (unless two players arrive to the province at the same time), so the blitz penalty doesn't much matter.

Still.

Units can not blitz through neutral territory to attack enemy territory.

Correction: New Grenada has 54 Factories
