Russia staged air strikes and used special forces to elminate several Unalligned bases operating uncomfortably close to the Russian frontier. The Communist stronghold in Ukraine is expected to fall shortly, and the Unalligned threat to Russia will be no more.
Russia appreciates Europe's generosity, although she wasn't able to make a payment of $100m this month (due to the minimum gift being 750), she hopes Europe will send the tech over and something can be worked out. Kurkov also reassured Europe that their friendly relationship will continue, even offering to formerly ally Russia with Europe to guarantee stability in the area and benefit trade relations between them.
Kurkov also pledged good relations with China, India and the United States. Kurkov said of the current American presidential scandal, "It is no problem to us so long as the issue does not resurface, and a method of ensuring this is carried out," and complimented President Pavlov on his honesty. Kurkov also looked for ways to improve Sino-Russian relations, but also told China to be sure and care for the needs of those Russians in her newly acquired territories.
