CTD - Single Player Only

[S-Train]

I am having problems with a CTD only in the single player mode (multiplayer online works fine). I have a laptop with an nVidia GeForce 420 Go running the 71.89 drivers. The only evidence of an error I see in the logs is in the PythonErr.log which states:

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?
