I can see the Suchet connection with Joseph during the Peninsula War; but I could have sworn that Berthier was also related in some such way ... But, it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong!

I have not information to either confirm or deny that possibility.
Edit a quick look into Swords Around A Throne says that Napoleon had berthier married to a niece of the King of Bavaria.
