Four new entrants since yesterday, among them two debutants, obliterate, who scored 4 points, and Illdisposed, who has narrowly overtaken shortguy by achieving 26 points. I have also received submissions from Dragonlord for 18 points, and innonimatu, who scored 20 points. He was the first person to score on question 4, which people seem to find harder than anticipated. Special credits also go to Illdisposed for being the only person as yet to solve questions 3 and 10. Nobody has yet figured out the correct order for question 6, and neither has anybody yet solved question 11. Apart from that no one has yet identified the building in 7d, the artist in 9 or the son in 12.

On another note, Otkell submits for 19 points. However, he and innonimatu are overtaken by Dragonlord who adds 4 points to his score to reach 22 points. The lead, however, is snatched away by a triumphant Taliesin, who sweeps away the opposition with 28 points. He is the first candidate to answer fully question 5, and the first one to figure out question 11.

However the most impressive submission is by Smidgey, who on his debut scores a whopping 35 points.
