Fog is busted everywhere, so barbarians will not be able to rage, but yes there were some preplaced AI controlled Barbarians here and there. Barbarians can only be controlled by AI. However, some of YOUR units might appear barbarian to all the players except for you --

Ban Ki Moon would like to point out on his ubiquitous status: on the one side he is leading UN, on the other he does not even have Veto power, according to House Rules. So Security Council, like a State within State would have to decide things for themselves: kiwitt (2 votes), Nighthawk, Hercules and Monster. One thing is for sure -- Nuclear Non proliferation is on the top of our agenda and will be the very first resolution proposed by us. UN SC better be unanimous then!

Tigranes, what I was implying is that I was hoping you would start an email chain with those members of the U.N. Security Counsel noted above, and act as moderator for the discussion. You would not have a vote, should any actions be decided to be voted on, however I would welcome and accept you as moderator to lead the discussion and keep it on track. It's also a way of keeping the Secretary General informed of the decisions of the Security Counsel. Also partly because i'm hoping you might have everyone's emails already, I dont have all of them...

It's tough being U.N. Secretary General, theres some work involved!
