Dacubz145 Buildings Art

I am once again in need for a specific graphic. This time a vintage telephone. I believe the polygon count is likely too high for BTS to display it properly. The zip file contains three files formats (wall_phone.skp, wall_phone.3ds and VintagePhone.nif). The VintagePhone.nif is the file I need for the telephone National Wonder in OGI. If anyone could help on this cool graphic, I would be most appreciative.

Try this, please. I don´t made ingame test.

The graphic works, but it may need a couple of minor adjustments (See attached image).

1. The voice transmitter extends disproportionately long, about twice as long as it should be.

2. The Z axis should be raised so the entire speaker cord appears.

Thanks.

sorry. I accidentally put it in prague threat . Search there, please . Thanks

Found it. The vintage phone will make a fine addition to OGI version 3.09. Over the years, OGI has become a collection for many of the best graphic files on the forums. Version 10 of the vintage phone looks much better and the graphic works. :thanx:

Sincerely,

OV

It is good to see that you are still doing new models. New Civ4 items are rare in this time. At the moment I do not need them, but maybe one day.

Great buildings!
Your skills are continuously improving IMO, keep it up! :)

Maybe you have to asjust the scale in artDefines.xml.
If the item is very large or very small, compared with the screen, it will turn invisible. I usually use a scale of about 0.5 and interface scale of 0.5 to some of Dacubz145's arts.

Thanks Kathy. I played around with it for several games until I got it the way I liked. Would you believe 200.0 was the best! :crazyeye:

Now working on the Empire State Building and scaling is not working on that one. Odd, it has worked on others. I wonder if the .nif file is bad?
