I've reached April 1943 without having to restart because of any mistakes discovered and the tide is begining to turn in the south with Hollandia fallen and Rabaul almost lost to an Allied landing force. So far I've got 22 objective cities vs 24 for marginal defeat, 28 for marginal victory and 32 for decisive victory. This means the balance is ok in the second half of the game. Also, the pedia and advice.txt are completed which means that we are almost there.
