Elections will end tommorow morning (Greece's Moskva time).
Party presidents: Publish your members in the newspapers. Unpublished members won't become members of Duma.

I realize that citis. I've been following this story since the beginning. I was speaking of OT Russia. BTW, the way Russia is in DoC/RFC is WAAAAAY off history considering that the mod tries to force history upon you.

What does National Party of Russia has of appealing besides their name? Have their voters checked the proposals fully? There are some good things there, but many controversial ones, including the change in Capital.
To be Honest, every statesman here has the knowledge that if we push our capital further west we will face two tremendous mistakes:
1- The center of our administration will be even more distant to our outlying colonies, thus increasing our maintenance cost (which can't increase even less then 1% in these harsh times);
2- Will bring our center closer to foreign lands, increasing our chances of losing our capital to foreign powers.
Is that what you want to happen?
Vote House of Nobles instead! We will fix the Russian economy in no time. We won't decrease our army by force, losing years worth of training and materials preparing what has made Russia untouchable since the beginning: It's military force.

So, can i create a pro mercantilism party that wants to limit kings/Queens and nobles power based on the pillars of the constitution and spread our civics and constitution by both peacefully and forcefully?

I think you almost certainly can - so far the only thing a party has not been allowed to do is have a policy of abolishing the monarchy.
However, you will need:
- a name for your party: eg. the Mercantile Party
- a clearer list of its policies: not too 'gamey', but it should give a reasonable idea of what they mean in game terms (if anything lol).
- if you are not already a member of it, you should join the thread discussion group, and (not urgent) create a thread for your party there.
It sounds a little uncostitutional to me. But in any case you can create a party. People have done it before you as well.

Here in the newspapers, in the story-thread. People have the right to know the candidates.
OOC: I prefer the post to be made by the president. Only what is publiched here is official. I have posted several newspaper titles before, it is easy.
EDIT: Parties have to publish here anything needed to be known to the public like member lists, changed presidencies, policies etc.

Dude, I made it a vote. Something as serious as a capital change and other serious things such as the selling of land will never be forced under my watch. You need to start reading my proposals more carefully.

You still have it as a proposal. He read it perfectly fine. He never said you were forcing it, he simply said you wish to change it. Also, this is politics.
