DDS attachments

Since dds is the new pcx, and there will be a lot of them in C4CC, I suggest they be added to the allowable file types for attachments.

I will consider it. Last time I looked lots of the DDS files are pretty small in size.

They are. Most are under 50kb, except for the backgrounds.

I've had lots of fun with DDS files. Ex: Pirates! flags, etc.
