I don't think there the exact same thing.
I think a black hole is a spot were matter is so dense that light cannot excape, and a worm hole is (how do I explain it with out sound stupid ) I guess is like a rip is space or were space bends in to its self? allowing you to travel Instantly from one place in space to another.
Mabey a big Phisics fan (There are some out there ) could explain it MUCH better than me.
