Declaring war while having unit overlap.

What happens when you declare war against another Civ, and you have a military Unit that occupies the same tile, as your enemy's unit? (Both units are in neutral territory)

Your unit is teleported to the next neutral tile, i.e. the shared tiled is treated like enemy land
