Dedicated Server Won't Launch

Tried running server through SDK launcher and nothing happens,
then went to actual folder and ran CivilizationV_Server.exe

I get an error,
The code execution cannot proceed because zlib1.dll was not found.
The code execution cannot proceed because cvlocalizationwin32final release.dll not found
The code execution cannot proceed because cvgamedatabasewin32final realease.dll not found
The code execution cannot proceed because steam_api.dll not found

I've tried on two different pcs no luck.
have verified integritys

Ok I fixed it, you have to move the CivilizationV_Server.exe into the directory of CIV5 where the other exes are.

WHICH IS REALLY ODD FIRAXIS!
