What's the negative impact of AI+ with the fall patch?

AI build fewer districts; almost no holy sites and makes religious victory too easy. Among other things but that one was most noticeable to me

I used this clean up mod to do some in depth testing of the AI using an autoplay mod. I know the mod hasn't been updated in a bit but the results were interesting regardless, thanks for your hard work!

I've gotten a new laptop a few days ago, and ever since, the game breaks whenever I use this mod (note: it does not happen with other mods or when playing without mods). What happens is that I cannot use the "next action" button, so as to call it. For most things this wouldn't be a true problem (city production can be done by clicking on them, units can be done by selecting them, etc), but it also means I cannot end my turn (as that only works with the button) which means that I'm always stuck in turn one.

Update: Problem was apparently caused by my windows username having a special character in it. No, I'm not joking.

Yeah, that has caused all sorts of problems already for Civ6.
And by th way, this mod doesn't seem to be updated anymore, you should switch to AI+, which includes the fixes originally made by Delnar. It is a huge stepup from the vanilla game AI.

I thought it didn't include them. Either way, I run both.

Hm, after close inspection you seem to be right. AI+ comes with a delnars_fixes.xml file, so I thought it would include the changes. However there are much more changes in this mod than in the one single file.
I did see a database error for duplicate changes or something like this in the log file when I still ran both of them however, so at least some of them are shared.

Hey notque, this mod is no longer updated. It may be better to just refer to Ai+ which implements aspects of this mod.

I disagree, AI+ is worse than this mod, doesn't matter how recent the updates are. I'm not sure why AI+ is worse, however I get a better experience with this one.

Delnar is very cautious and thorough, so it's likely in some part due to that.

And, I've worked on AI mods since Civ 4, I think i'm fine in keeping it updated. Appreciate your concern.

If I acces your mod on Steam I read this description:

"Corrects issues with the AI they so they perform better. Artificially Intelligent as it were."

I reckon it to be fair to mention Delnar there too .
