vingrjoe... I think this Cruiser is one of the best ships you have made to date. I could watch those Guns Fire for hours 
The more I look at it, the more I like the superb timing you have for the Guns firing, along with the flash, smoke and froth on the water, it is Very well animated. It has fine detail indeed and is a magnificent ship... Did I say I like it

El Justo, most of them I just edit the existing sound effects from the stock Civ3 units. Some I search the web for.

Not that I'm aware of. You have to make sure to save the sounds as 16 bit mono, 22 khz pcm. I downloaded some freeware called Goldwave and Multiquence. I believe the programs give you the option to buy them, which I assume, unlocks more capabilities.
