Alright so, as to not spam Patria Grande's thread:
Uruguay
Leader: José Gervasio Artigas
UA: Batllismo: The Palace and National Wonders have an unique Specialist Slot who generate the largest yield of the closest foreign city. +20% Production towards National Wonders already built by civilizations with whom you've got a Declaration of Friendship.
UU: Blandengue: Replaces Lancer. Can Fortify and has extra combat strength when positioned on city borders.
UB: Entrepot: Replaces Harbor. Forms a city connection with the Capital if unexistent. Extends Sea Trade Route length. +3 Gold and Culture with Trade Routes coming from and to this city.
I basically tried to tie in most ideas thrown on that thread in a somewhat cohesive whole. The UA however feels kinda cluttered to my standards, still, it's a beginning.
